Finest Africa is a CC that provides accommodation and spa activities.  Our spa facilities are at Forest Nature Spa in Plettenberg Bay.  Finest Africa is a tour operation company based in South Africa for Southern and East Africa.

Use of Site

You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. Payment Policy

When you click to make a payment with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any payment through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

 Terms:

·         Prices are subject to change; where possible prior notice will be given.  Confirmed bookings will not be affected.

·         50% of total cost is required to confirm your booking, please deposit into our bank account.  Balance is payable 24hrs in advance

·         In the case of any specials, the full amount is payable prior to date of spa treatment

·         Receipt of deposit assumes unconditional agreement of these terms

·         Number of participants stated on the confirmation of booking sheet will be the minimum total charged for

In the event of cancellations:

·         Between 60 and 30 days of arrival, will result in 50% of deposit it received being withheld

·         Between29 and 14 days of arrival, will result in 75% of deposit received being withheld

·         Within 14 days of arrival will result in no refund

Confirming your booking

Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive your deposit or full payment, whichever is requested.

 Cancellation Policy

 In the event of cancellations:

·         Between 60 and 30 days of arrival, will result in 50% of deposit it received being withheld

·         Between29 and 14 days of arrival, will result in 75% of deposit received being withheld

·      Within 14 days of arrival will result in no refund

 All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

 Finest Africa Tours CC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.

This will secure your booking

Direct Deposit 

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please take a photo of your deposit slip and email it through to forestspabookings@gmail.com

I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Finest Africa Tours CC for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
