The gardens at the spa are landscaped for you to wonder through the fynbos. A practice of walking in nature observing yourself and your surroundings make for a powerful practice to still the mind and ground you back in your body.
As you walk, you will be encouraged to be more mindful
- Observe how it feels to walk 
- Notice what is going on around you 
- Listen to the sounds coming and going without naming them 
- Feel the physical sensations around you 
- Come back over and over - using walking as a way to bring the mind back to this moment
