Healthy mind = a healthy life

The town spa is set above the Klein Piesang Nature Park. A beautiful space that meanders along through the natural bush and trees - it is a restoration project with an aim to get the river flowing strongly again. A practice of walking in nature observing yourself and your surroundings make for a powerful practice to still the mind and ground you back in your body.

As you walk, you will be encouraged to be more mindful

  1. Observe how it feels to walk

  2. Notice what is going on around you

  3. Listen to the sounds coming and going without naming them

  4. Feel the physical sensations around you

  5. Come back over and over - using walking as a way to bring the mind back to this moment
